Virginia Stansell began her real estate career in 1981 when she joined Wolf Laurel Realty, Mars Hill NC. She later formed her own realty company called Mountain View Realty and merged this company with Wolf’s Crossing Realty in May of 1997. We are pleased that Virginia has joined Wolf Ridge Realty as Broker-in-Charge. She brings many years of experience and knowledge to our team.

Brian was raised in the building/development industry where his dad and uncle both owned construction companies. He first obtained his broker’s license in Florida 22 years ago where he built his real estate business over several years. During this time Brain sensed that he was being called into the field of counseling. Brian was hired by an extended care treatment facility in Boca Raton Fl. where he helped design and develop their counseling programs.

Brian and his family moved to North Carolina in 1994 when he joined Charter Asheville Behavioral Health systems as Director of Outpatient Programming. In the years since, Brian and been involved in private practice with Biltmore Associates in Psychiatry and Psychology, he served as Assistant Director of Emmaus Ministries, and as VP/Clinical Director of Western Carolina Rescue Mission. Most recently Brian has served as a counselor in private practice as a missionary with Helps International Ministries.

Brian brings many years of experience in real estate, the good listening skills of a counselor and an open, honest approach to helping customers find what they are looking for at Wolf Ridge and the surrounding area. Brian has been married to his awesome wife Cyndi for 20 years he has two children and two grandchildren.

David is a man with a positive energetic force and with his positive attitude; he believes any real estate goal is attainable! At first meeting, you’ll recognize that he is the guy that gets things done. He grew up in northern Indiana where he studied Business Law and Environmental Science. Conscientious about the beautification of North Carolina, David remains dedicated to the environment and is in the process of earning his Green Earth Designation. He is also working on his CRS Designation, Council of Residential Specialists, from the National Association of Realtors.

After college, David lived in Vail Colorado where he managed condominiums and was an avid outdoorsman. In addition to this, he also, did accounting for luxury hotels and restaurants. Years later, David moved to Hilton Head Island to partner with a property management company. The majesty of Western North Carolina won his heart in more ways than one! David discovered Asheville in 2000, with his high school sweetheart Darcie, now wife and mother of their beautiful daughter Maya.

David enjoys the outdoor lifestyle afforded to him by the wonderful WNC mountains. He is an avid hiker, enjoys camping, and exploring the wonderful mountains of Western North Carolina. He is dedicated in his work and the interests of his clients. He believes in building relationships on trust. David and his wife Darcie, who is a technician at Mountain Animal Hospital, and baby Maya, live in their country setting with all their animals. David’s love in animals is reflected by work with local non-profit animal organizations here in the Greater Asheville area.
